Mom/Dad/Tot - 18 months - 3 years (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:6)
This 30 minute class is designed to allow parents to participate in their child's learning process. Focus is on fine motor skills, coordination, and over all body awareness. Gymnastics equipment and other creative media will be used in this structured environment.
Pre-School - 3 - 4 years (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:6)
This 45 minute class gives the student the opportunity to work independently with the instructor. Students will learn basic gymnastics skills on trampoline, bars, balance beam, tumbling, and vault along with other fun activities. Emphasis is placed on safety, listening skills, and social interaction.
Pre-Kindergarten - Children turning 5 between Sept. 1 - Dec. 31 (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
In this 1 hour class, students begin building toward mastery of basic gymnastics skills. Fun, creative and challenging activities are used to enhance students learning.
Kindergarten - Children currently enrolled in kindergarten (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
In this 1 hour class, students begin building toward mastering of basic gymnastics skills. Fun, creative and challenging activities are used to enhance students learning.
1st Grade - (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
In this 1 hour class, students focus on mastering basic gymnastics skills to prepare them for our older programs.
Boys 2nd & 3rd Grade - (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
In this 1 hour class, students focus on specific equipment. Students work on tumbling, trampoline, vault, rings, parallel bars, and high bar.
Girls 2nd & 3rd Grade - (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
In this 1 hour class, students focus on specific equipment. Students work on tumbling, trampoline, vault, uneven bars, and balance beam.
Boys 4th Grade & Up (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
In this 1 hour 15 minute class, students focus on specific equipment. Students work on tumbling, trampoline, vault, rings, parallel bars, and high bar.
Girls 4th Grade & Up (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
In this 1 hour 15 minute class, students focus on specific equipment. Students work on tumbling, trampoline, vault, uneven bars, and balance beam.
Tumbling for Cheerleading - 7 - 18 years (Teacher/Student Ratio 1:8)
In this 1 hour class, students will learn tumbling for cheerleading. Focus is on flexibility and strength for jumps, front and back handsprings, aerials, and front and back tucks.
Adult Class - 16 years and Up
This 1 hour class focuses on stretching, strengthening, and basic gymnastic skills. Our goal is to progress the student at his or her own pace. Ex-gymnasts welcome too! This is a great way to enhance your own work out program!
